Six out of Five Star Services and Performance!Rajni Walia is a remarkable professional who has everything you can dream of as your property manager. She is extremely proactive, constructive, caring, act above and beyond her normal duties as a property manager. As an interstate and first time investor, I've encountered issues with the property I bought and difficulties to seek assistance on various matters due to lack of local knowledge and reliable resources. With no hesitation Rajni volunteered her time and own resources (legal, trades, etc) to re-assess my situation, provide valuable advice and assisted me to go through the most difficult time. She's also pre-arranged rental applications and secured unbelievable rental offer starting the first day of my property ownership.
