Excellent communication. Rajnii is amazing at her work, you can tell she enjoys her job. She has amazing communication skills and gets things sorted out in a timelymanner. The kind of agent you will not have any issue with. No delays in work, excellent communication skills, excellent at solving problems and making sure your needs are met.

The best agent I've met in my many years of renting to be honest.

Wouldn't recommend her or her colleagues, when I viewed the property i was in I had to access the property on my own using the keys in the meter box to open the doors, and was told to leave keys back there when I left, had no internal ceiling and was told it would be fixed within the two weeks it took for me to pay and bond to process, it wasn't fixed until months after I moved in, after I sent a letter of demand as advised by circle green, she responded back with I was threatening her, there was also a leak in the main bedroom roof, which took until I started leaking internally on my bedroom floor for her to finally have someone come out and fix it, I came into that property from a women's refuge, and I was 100% taken advantage of, the rent was $659 when I sent in the application, and rajni told me she w I uld drop the rent to $625 to help me and because roof was not fixed, like as if she was doing me a favour, neighbours told me that the previous tenants had also had issues with them trying to fix anything, the amount of times the drains would block up, or the ant problem, plenty of proof to state and back this up, wouldn't recommend at all, even on previous reviews I ts borderline threatening people becaise they cant take a bad review

You cannot go wrong with this superwoman. I am an interstate investor.

Her personal attributes are being a Great communicator, honest, trustworthy, who listens to you and has your interest in her mind. Showed dedication and shared her knowledge and experience.

I cannot thank her enough for her support and transparency the level of involvement and professionalism.

Rajnii has been managing my property since I bought the property in 2023. She notifies me any maintenance issues asap and addresses the issue as required. I never had any issue.
I noticed some customers low remarks about this agency.

In my experience, honestly I never had any issues. If you trust, have full faith in this agency and follow their maintenance instruction. I am sure you are OK to sleep peacefully.

Its a matter of having a good understanding and cooperation and collaboration to get a good result. Not worth if we don't put our 100% faith in such kind of partnership.

If you value your property, it’s best to avoid this agency. During a period of nine months, we encountered two break leases and one absconded tenant. The agent lacks clarity on property management, acquiesces to every tenant request, and unnecessarily provides our contact details to contractors, making the role of a property manager questionable. Their preferred tradesmen are used. Maintenance cost last financial year was upwards of $20k. Absconding tenant left us with $4k in unpaid dues for which the agent has sent friendly reminders. Furthermore, the agent attempted to delay handing over keys to the new property manager while serving her notice period. The agent also forward dated the contract at the time of signing.

The licensee is unable to handle criticism and unprofessionally BCCs others in emails. Their primary motivation appears to be maintaining their management fees, with additional charges for issuing tenant invoices. This agency is the most unprofessional I have dealt with. They even used a photo of our house for their agency advertisement without our consent and responded with cheeky remarks when questioned. Additionally, average photos are taken post routine inspections, and the agent becomes agitated when queries are made. Fortunately, we moved on and now experience a hassle-free property management process.

This agency exhibits the negative qualities of a dictator, raising questions about their possession of a real estate license given their apparent dislike for people and properties. My advice is to avoid this agency entirely to prevent ongoing issues and stress.

I have moved over from New Zealand. My son was already here but we didn’t have rental history. I applied for so many properties. Rajnii gave us a chance and put my mind at ease, for that I will be forever thankful.

Rajni Walia is a remarkable professional who has everything you can dream of as your property manager. She is extremely proactive, constructive, caring, act above and beyond her normal duties as a property manager. As an interstate and first time investor, I've encountered issues with the property I bought and difficulties to seek assistance on various matters due to lack of local knowledge and reliable resources. With no hesitation Rajni volunteered her time and own resources (legal, trades, etc) to re-assess my situation, provide valuable advice and assisted me to go through the most difficult time. She's also pre-arranged rental applications and secured unbelievable rental offer starting the first day of my property ownership.
