We've been working with Rajnii at Fair Street Realty for nearly two years now as landlords, and our experience has been consistently positive. Most recently, they handled a challenging situation with professionalism and efficiency—our tenants vacated the property without providing notice or returning the keys. Fair Street Realty stepped in immediately, managing the entire process from start to finish. They swiftly found reliable replacement tenants, minimizing any vacancy time and loss of income. They also took care of all necessary steps, including arranging for the locks to be changed and ensuring the property was secure and ready for the new occupants.
