Fair is not just in the name, the entire relationship with Rajnii from “Fair street realty” is fair and outstanding. Rajnii is always approachable and very transparent. As a landlord everyone has many questions on the costs involved in maintaining an investment property, Rajnii always answers my questions with patience. Her market knowledge is second to none, gets the best deals. With Rajnii it’s not just getting best rental deals but overall property management is excellent. Recommended Property Manager particularly for rent and leasing!!! Rajnii recommended a higher rent at renewal, which I initially thought was ambitious. But she knew the market well, and I trusted her—she delivered exactly as promised by finding tenants at that rate..
